Creative Biolabs is proud to announce the 2022 Creative Biolabs Scholarship Program for awarding $1,000 to an outstanding college student. With an effort to further support their research and higher education in the medical and science-related fields

$1,000 for an outstanding student.

Eligibility

The Creative Biolabs scholarship is open on a global basis. To be eligible to receive a scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

• Enrolled as a freshman, undergraduate, graduate, or Ph.D. student at an accredited college or university.
• Major in a science-related field such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Molecular Biology.
• Earn a cumulative average grade of a B (3.0 GPA).

 

Selection Criteria

Creative Biolabs Selection Committee will review each application fairly and carefully in accordance with the following criteria:

• Academic ability: In addition to GPA, we also take your detailed learning plan into account.
• Leadership: Ability to organize and positively influence others inside and outside of school.
• Social concerns: Purposeful and meaningful participation in volunteer activities, community service, or other public service activities.

How to Apply

To apply for the scholarship, applicants are required to download and fill out the scholarship application form and the recommendation letter. Then applicants should email the following documents to [email protected] with the subject “2022 Creative Biolabs Scholarship Application-Full Name”.

Any omissions will lead to an invalid application.

• Completed application form.

• Copy of current transcript (official or unofficial).
• Recommendation letter either from a teacher, school counselor, or community leader.
• A written essay of 800-1,000 words or a PowerPoint of 10-12 pages with detailed lecture notes, which should be totally original and grammatically right. You must select one topic from below:

Overview of Clinical Applications of Oncolytic Viruses ▲

Outline:

• Introduction to oncolytic virus (definition, principle, history, ).
• Clinical applications of commonly used viruses in OV research.
• Your opinion on their prospects.

Novel Gene Delivery Systems for Gene Therapy ▲

Outline:

• Introduction to novel gene delivery systems (principle, history, ).

Research Progress of mRNA Vaccine Delivery System ▲

Outline:

• Brief introduction to mRNA vaccine (definition and mechanism).
• Brief introduction to mRNA vaccine delivery system (definition, classification, and combined with specific examples).
• Technical barrier of mRNA vaccine delivery system and research progress of new mRNA vaccine delivery systems.

Creative Biolabs is proud to announce its 2022 scholarship program for awarding $1,000 to an outstanding college student in support of his/her research and higher education in the medical and science-related fields.

1. One applicant can submit the application form once only.
2. The winner will be notified by email and announced online on October 17, 2022.
3. The scholarship will be awarded to support the winner’s listed university in the application for the awarded semester.
4. The winner will be asked to submit a video recording of a scholarship acceptance speech.
5. Applicants may apply for the scholarship no more than once per calendar year.
6. Any student who is currently enrolled/accepted at a college or university is eligible to apply (undergraduate, graduate, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or doctor’s degree).
7. By submitting the application materials and video recording, you are giving us permission to publish the works on our website and through any of our existing social media outlets, and you also agree to receive information from Creative Biolabs.
8. The scholarship winner will be determined by our selection committee.
9. Creative Biolabs will not share any personal information of applicants, and all information will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be sold or disclosed to a third party.
10. Employees of Creative Biolabs and family members are not eligible to apply.
